We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging.  Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning.  Please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to a shoe box will result in a minimum $10 fee.

If you would like to request an exchange, please call or email with your order number and the style/size you are looking to exchange it for.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless a verified mistake was made on our part. This cost will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. As part of our effort to offer the lowest shipping rates and the most competitive prices we can, we do not cover the return shipping costs unless an item is deemed defective or there was an error on our part. Most of our customers do not choose to return their items. Upon request we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund/exchange credit to cover the label’s cost. Designed with a removable, cushioned footbed for all-day comfort, and added depth for extra toe room, plush comfort surrounds the foot in this shoe. Perforated leather on the upper allows for ventilation, and the EZ lace system applies even tension across the top of the foot.

EZ Lace System: This unique system makes it easy to slide the laces through D-shaped rings. Slipping on and off is a breeze with this system.

Cushioned Knit Upper Lining: Lined with knit fabric, this padded lining offers breathability and soft to the touch comfort.

CoolSTEP Footbed: An anti-microbial material wicks moisture away from the foot and helps reduce friction that can cause heat buildup. Cups the heel for a more stable and comfortable walking experience. Can be removed and cleaned with SAS Footbed Cleaner Kit.

Cushion Outsole: Superior polyurethane material is durable, flexible, and provides long lasting cushion for all-day comfort.

Matte Black features a water-resistant leather upper.

Heel Height: 1.25”. This item features a removable footbed.
