We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging.  Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning.  Please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to a shoe box will result in a minimum $10 fee.

If you would like to request an exchange, please call or email with your order number and the style/size you are looking to exchange it for.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless a verified mistake was made on our part. This cost will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. As part of our effort to offer the lowest shipping rates and the most competitive prices we can, we do not cover the return shipping costs unless an item is deemed defective or there was an error on our part. Most of our customers do not choose to return their items. Upon request we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund/exchange credit to cover the label’s cost. Designed on an exclusive SAS Footshape® walking shoe last in order to accurately fit and follow the shape of your foot, TMV features extra toe room to allow your foot to properly set when walking, a soft shock-reducing comfort sole for a lighter and cushioned step, and a removable foot bed for orthotic accommodation if needed.

Leather and Mesh Upper: Developed and crafted by the SAS Shoemakers to follow the natural shape of your foot, the upper material is breathable, soft, and supple yet durable enough for the challenges of a variety of activities.

SAS CoolStep™ Foot Bed: Our CoolStep™ removable foot bed is designed to keep the foot dry and comfortable all day long. The anti-friction top cover inhibits heat, providing a cooler surface underfoot. The bottom layer wicks away moisture while cushioning each step. SAS CoolStep footbeds are antibacterial and washable for a healthy foot environment.

SAS Tripad® Comfort System: The Tripad system cushions the 3 pressure points of your foot; the inside ball, outside ball, and the heel. This patented material is made to keep its shock-absorbing capacity.

SAS SteadyTrac Midsole: A shock absorbing flexible lightweight unit with a forepart stabilizer that provides lateral stability throughout the walk cycle.
